孔　秉鎬（KONG Byung-H）

烏山(Osan)大学校教授。博士（教育学）。専門は、教育学など。韓国　成均館( SUNGKYUNKWAN )大学校教育学科修了の後、東京学芸大学教育学研究科修了、名古屋大学教育学研究科修了。社会活動としては、 前韓国日本教育学会会長、 現韓国保育支援学会政策理事などを歴任。

北野　幸子（きたの　さちこ）

神戸大学発達科学部・神戸大学大学院人間発達環境学研究科准教授。博士（教育学）。ミネソタ大学特別研究員、広島国際大学、福岡教育大学を経て現職。専門は、幼児教育学、教育学など。社会活動としては、呉市すこやか子育て協会理事、UNICEF Innocenti Research Center. 拡大諮問委員などを歴任、現在、環太平洋乳幼児教育学会理事、国際幼児教育学会理事、日本乳幼児教育学会理事、日本保育学会理事など。主な近著は、『手がるに園内研修メイキング』（共著、わかば社）、『教育原理』（共編著、中央法規）、『保育原理』（共編著、中央法規）『認定こども園の時代』（共著、ひかりのくに）、『教育と福祉の課題』（共著、晃洋書房）『保育教職実践演習　これまでの学びと保育者への歩み』（共著、わかば社）『保育士養成講座第一巻　保育原理』（共著、全国社会福祉協議会）『保育課程論』（編著、北大路書房）など多数。

劉　郷英（LIU Xiangying）

中国河北省出身。福山市立大学教育学部児童教育学科・福山市立大学大学院教育学研究科准教授。修士（教育学、文学）。専門は、教育学、比較教育学、文学など。中国黒龍江大学日本語学部卒業後、中国黒龍江大学日本語学部専任教員、京都大学教育学部研修員、広島修道大学人文学部外国語契約講師、立命館大学政策科学部常勤講師、関西学院大学言語教育研究センター常勤講師、名古屋経営短期大学子ども学科准教授を経て現職。研究テーマは、多言語・多文化環境における幼児の言語発達と教育方法に関する研究、東アジア地域における就学前教育・保育制度と方法に関する比較研究、東アジア地域における保育者教育制度と教育課程に関する比較研究、幼児向きの絵本創作と実践研究など。

増田健太郎（ますだ　けんたろう）

九州大学大学院人間環境学研究院実践臨床心理学教授。博士（教育学）。臨床心理士。専門は、臨床心理学、教育学など。社会活動としては、NPO法人九州大学こころとそだちの相談室専務理事・相談室長、福岡市いじめ防止対策委員長、福岡市事例困難事例部会長、教育と医学の会（慶應義塾大学出版会）理事・編集委員、臨床心理学（金剛出版）編集委員、自由学園アドバイザー、鳥栖市あさひ幼稚園アドバイザー、蔵本ウイメンズクリニック心理カウンセラーなど。主な研究テーマは、不妊治療カウンセリング及び不妊治療教育プログラムの開発、対人援助職のバーンアウトと予防、教師のストレスなど。主な近著は、『教師のメンタルヘルスとキャリア』（ナカニシヤ出版、共著）、『学校の先生・ＳＣにも知ってほしい　不登校の子どもに何が必要か』（慶應義塾大学出版会、監修）、『教師とSCのための心理教育素材集』（遠見書房、監修）、『教育の変革期における心理職の役割』（金剛出版）、『いじめ問題への構造的介入』（金剛出版）、「学童前期の高機能自閉スペクトラム症男児への支援の一考察　－通常学級におけるスクールメンタルサポーター活動を通して－」『九州大学総合臨床心理研究』（共著）、「フィンランドにおける教育方法と教員養成の研究」『教育経営学研究紀要』、「学童保育の現状と課題-学童保育と学校との連携に焦点をあてて」『九州教育経営学会研究紀要』、「学校における支援的アプローチによるアクション・リサーチの有用性の検討」『日本教育経営学会紀要』など多数。

孔　美琪（Maggie Koong）

Dr. Maggie Koong is currently the World President of the World Organization for Early Childhood Education (OMEP). She is also the Chief Principal of Victoria Educational Organization, and the Co-Founder and School Director of Victoria Shanghai Academy. She received her Master of Education from The University of Hong Kong and Doctor of Education from University of Durham. Dr. Koong is actively involved in professional organizations and activities concerned with early childhood development, equal opportunities and women’s rights. She has spearheaded progress in these areas in Hong Kong, China and across the world. She was the Vice-President of the UNICEF Hong Kong for 19 years. She serves on the China National Society of Early Childhood Education, the Women’s Commission and the Equal Opportunities Commission. She is also an Advisor for the UNESCO’s the International Advisory Group of the Survey of Teachers in Pre-Primary Education (STEPP) Project and an NGO representative for the United Nations. Dr. Koong’s achievements in public and community service have won her many accolades, including among others a Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award in 2000, a Bronze Bauhinia Star from the HKSAR government in 2013, an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters awarded by Whittier College, USA in 2014, and an Honorary Fellowship awarded by the erstwhile Hong Kong Institute of Education (now The Education University of Hong Kong) in 2015.

  • I have variant practical experience on how to manage the kindergartens, marketing, and the brand for twenty years.

  • I have researched the theoretical examination for ten years.

  • I completed the essay “The Effect of Resource based on Parental Satisfaction of the Private Management of Public Kindergarten: The Meditating Effect of Brand Equity” on the PHD.

  • I have concluded “Internet of Things”, Internet”, “Big Data” and combined them in the kindergartens, baby care centers, and business management.

  • Overall the theory is convectional for the practical use. Furthermore I believe this value proofs my perpectives.
